Heidi has been practicing yoga for over 17 years and specializes in yoga for riders. She currently lives in Costa Rica and teaches yoga classes to students of all levels.
In her classes, Heidi focuses on correct alignment, listening to your own body and limits, and building on slow, correct movement. Heidi is also the co-founder of Equisol, an equestrian retreat company, where riders from all around the world come to experience the power of horses and yoga together.
